Rapper Nicki Minaj’s boyfriend, Kenneth Petty, has gotten his first ever tattoo and it’s a tribute to her.

Petty tattooed her government name ‘Onika’ on his neck. The move comes after she fiercely defended him after it was revealed that he is a registered sex offender and a convicted felon.
