This incident came amid reports that Nigeria has been added to the list of countries banned from entering the US under the new regime imposed by President Donald Trump.
The experience is a lesson for those who have the opportunity to secure US or Canadian citizenship but failed to utilize the opportunity. A number of people in such category had often claimed they preffered Visa renewal to securing the citizenship of the United States: so they have no reason to complain at this time when the US is shutting it's gate against Nigerians.
